The Heritage House next door to the Heritage Center was newly opened September 19-20, 2020.
It features:
   Local artists' work
   Sewing Center
   Kitchen, Laundry, Bake and Market displays
   Collection of 33 Potato Stompers
   Early Amish Bedroom
   1900s Huey bedroom set
   Dresses, Suits, Wedding Dresses
   Amish & Mennonite head ware
   Children's room of toys and dolls

by S. Duane Kauffman.  Duane, a native son of Mifflin County, has given us a comprehensive yet readable history of the faith and life of the Amish settlers and their descendants through the their first 200 years.
